Quality Policy
Scalable Communications Plc recognises that Quality is not achieved by continually checking everything that we do but by implementing good working practices and processes.
Scalable Communications Plc has adopted and implemented a Management System which is designed to meet and comply with the requirements of ISO9001:2000. The intranet based process and procedure define the systems and controls which must be used throughout the organisation.
Our experience of solutions is combined with project management techniques to ensure consistent delivery to our clients. We review and continually improve our systems to enhance customer satisfaction.
Our objectives are:
• to achieve solutions which provide our customers with a consistent high standard as well as a level of certainty in choosing us as their supplier.
• to be best of breed at what we do, embracing best practice and continually improving the effectiveness of our management system which provides a framework for establishing and reviewing these quality objectives via our management review process.
• To commit to a training policy which ensures that all personnel have the appropriate skills to perform their duties within the requirements of the management system.
It is the responsibility of the Directors and Senior Management to investigate any environmental and quality problems in order to ensure that corrective action is initiated and that preventative action is implemented as soon as possible.
We communicate this policy to all staff and customers of Scalable Communications Plc through our website and intranet and at company meetings.
