Delivery testing

Delivery Testing is carried out on all equipment delivered to our facility and comprises a number of checks and tests to ensure that it is in perfect physical and working order. Equipment is first checked-in against original purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure that the correct equipment has been delivered. Following this, all boxes are opened to ensure that every component (including documents, CDs, power leads etc) is complete and undamaged. Once these physical checks have been completed, equipment is passed to our lab for hardware testing (DOA test, port tests, soak testing) and software and firmware check and configuration to ensure that all equipment is running our current choice of best code revision levels. Having completed the Delivery Testing process, full details of every product are entered into the Contract Services module of our Microsoft Dynamics business management system.
