Implementation meetings are carried out at a customer site as soon as possible, following receipt of order for a project. A Scalable Communications engineer or consultant is assigned and to ensure continuity, consistency and success this individual is responsible for all subsequent steps in the implementation process. At the meeting, we obtain even the finest detail of the customer environment and configuration of the new equipment is agreed. A detailed installation schedule is compiled and attention is given to the testing and acceptance criteria that will apply.
